Arran had a doctor's appointment here in town today.  He went in for a weight check. According to the scale in there he lost about half a pound.  This is not good.  The doctor prescribed him some Zantac to take for his reflux since he is throwing up about half of what he eats.  This will hopefully help him.  We will go back in on 9/21 for another weight check.

Arran had his casts taken off on August 28, 2000.  Unfortunately they had to go back on for another three weeks.  At the end of the 3 weeks we are planning on putting him in splints.  The doctor says that he does not want him to stay in casts all of this time and his feet are way too small to go into shoes yet.  Arran has now developed a more severe reflux problem.  He is now spitting up and throwing up 3-4 times a day.  We will see the doctor about this problem in the near future and see what he thinks that we should do about it.
