Current Status

Current Feeding Schedule:

60 mL Pediasure @ 4 times a Day (bolus) + 10 - 15 cc H₂O

400 mL Pediasure + 130 mL H₂O Via Pump at night

- 45 mL per hour for the first 10 hours

- 40 mL per hour for the last 2 hours

Total of 640 mL Pediasure and 190 mL H₂O

Rocaltrol – 0.1 mL @ 1x Day – Calcium Supplement (Nephrologist)

Bicitra – 4 mL @ 3x Day – Potassium Supplement (Nephrologist)

Zantac – 1 mL @ 2x Day – Relieve Stomach Pain (GI Specialist)

Therapy & Support:

Infants and Toddlers of Washington County

- PT and OT every 2 weeks

- Special Education Teacher every 2 weeks

- Vision Teacher every month and as needed

Specialists:

Pediatrician –Weight Checks every 2 Months, normal well baby visits, any

sick visit

Nephrology –Kidney Displesia and low kidney function.

GI – Treated for reflux and reflux-like symptoms

Vision – Extreme Nearsightedness, Has corrective glasses at half

strength (he refuses to wear them)

ENT – Currently seeing UM staff b/c there is no Peds ENT. Being

seen for right side of nose atrisia (soft tissue blockage) no

immediate plans for correction

Audiology – Seen at the same facility as ENT (Audiologist) hearing check

1 a year. Slight loss in both ears.

No intervention required.

Orthopedic – Treatment of bilateral clubfeet. Series of casts.

Tnotomy performed in July ’00 to release Achilles.

(Again performed 9/11/02) Wears corrective shoes to bed at

night.

Genetics – Diagnosis of Wolf-Hirschorn Syndrome.

Yearly follow-ups. Questions call Carmela.

Surgeon – Urologist and Ped. Surgeon. Performed

Nissan/G tube placement. Will be doing the Circ. And

testicular lowering.
